Designing Your Dream Landscape

Work 1-on-1 with one of our highly trained landscape designers to create a plan for your project. Unless you’re coming to us with pre-made plans, nearly all of our services will require at least a Standard Landscape Consultation. The designer will spend up to an hour with you, working with you to nail down your vision, walking your property, and working up an estimate. 

Our higher tiered design packages will include additional services like drawing up schematics and creating documents for your larger or more complex project. Proper planning on the front end of your project, can save you thousands on the backend and avoid unnecessary delays.

Standard Landscape Consultation – $150

• Up to a 1 hour consultation with an experienced and qualified landscape evaluator
• A 1-to-1 walk around the property to discuss the pros and cons for the potential project
• An estimated budget on what the project may cost.

“Napkin Style” Sketch – Starting at $800

• Up to a 1 hour consultation with an experienced and qualified landscape evaluator
• A 1-to-1 walk around the property to discuss the pros and cons for the potential project
• An estimated budget on what the project may cost.
• Sketched design detailing the proposed project with an itemized quote.
• 1 Revision of the written proposal.

Planting Project Plan – Starting at $1200

• An in-depth consultation with an experienced and qualified landscape evaluator
• A 1-to-1 walk around the property to discuss the pros and cons for the potential project
• Sketched design detailing the proposed project with an itemized quote.
• 1 Revision of the drawn design.
• 1 Revisions of the written proposal.
• Measurements of property size and dimensions.
• A full schematic detailing the location of bedding, plants, and sod layout.
• An outline detailing materials and necessary landscape modifications to make the project sustainable.

Hardscape Project Plan – Starting at $1200

• An in-depth consultation with an experienced and qualified landscape evaluator
• A 1-to-1 walk around the property to discuss the pros and cons for the potential project
• A drawn schematic detailing the proposed project with an itemized quote.
• 1 Revision of the drawn schematic.
• 2 Revisions of the written proposal.
• Measurements of property size and dimensions.
• An outline detatailing materials and necessary landscape modifications to make the project sustainable.
• A full schematic with measurements and details of each hardscape.
• Expert guidance on the best materials to use for the hardscapes to meet your needs and the vision you have for your yard.

Full Landscape Plan (Planting and Hardscape) – Starting at $1,800

• An in-depth consultation with an experienced and qualified landscape evaluator
• A 1-to-1 walk around the property to discuss the pros and cons for the potential project
• 1 Revision of drawn plan.
• 2 Revisions of written proposal.
• Measurements of property size and dimensions.
• An outline detatailing materials and necessary landscape modifications to make the project sustainable.
• Expert guidance on the best materials to use for the hardscapes to meet your needs and the vision you have for your yard.
• A comprehensive plan and schematic detailing plants, hardscapes, pools, patios, decks, permits and other specifics unique to your proposal.
